Illinois Winery Owner Will Speak at
Chicago Expo This Weekend

One of the founders and owners of Purgatory Cellars/White Owl Winery, of
Birds, Illinois will be speaking this weekend at the Family Farmed Expo in
Chicago.

Joy Neighbors, Marketing and Public Relations Director for Purgatory
Cellars/White Owl Winery (whiteowlwinery.com) will give a short talk about
her winery and the advantages of using local fruits to craft award-winning
wines. Neighbors will also take part in the "Drink Locally - Farm to Glass"
panel. The session begins at 3:30, Saturday, March 13th at the UIC Forum,
located at 725 West Roosevelt Road.

Neighbors speaks at conferences and workshops around the world on topics
such as public relations, agri-tourism, non-traditional and vine-less wines,
and small business marketing.
